What you can do with Square POS in Sylus
Sylus helps cafes, restaurants, shops, and service businesses understand their Square data. Ask "What were sales by hour last Saturday?" or "Which items sell best at each location?" and get an answer, chart, or dashboard straight away.
How the Square POS integration works
Sylus connects to Square with OAuth and requests read-only permissions for orders, payments, items, and inventory. It syncs data for each location you choose and keeps it up to date, so revenue, refund, and item-level reports reflect your latest sales.
How to connect Square POS to Sylus
You need to be the Square account owner, or have permission to authorize apps.
In Sylus, add Square POS as a data source and click Connect.
Sign in to Square and approve read-only access for Sylus.
Select the locations and data to sync, for example Orders, Payments, and Items.
Permissions requested: ORDERS_READ, PAYMENTS_READ, ITEMS_READ, INVENTORY_READ
