How the Freshsales integration works
Sylus connects to Freshsales with your account domain and an API key. It reads contacts, accounts, deals, and activities and refreshes them regularly for dashboards.
How to connect Freshsales to Sylus
You need a Freshsales user who can see the data you want to analyze.
In Freshsales, go to Personal settings > API settings and copy your API key.
In Sylus, add Freshsales as a data source and enter your domain and API key.
Select the CRM objects to sync and save.
Domain format: yourcompany.myfreshworks.com
