How the Braintree integration works
Sylus connects to Braintree with your merchant ID and API keys. It imports transactions, subscriptions, and disputes and keeps them up to date. Braintree API keys inherit the role of the user who created them, so create them from a user with a reporting-only role.
How to connect Braintree to Sylus
You need a Braintree Control Panel user who can manage API keys.
In the Braintree Control Panel, go to Settings > API and generate a new API key.
In Sylus, add Braintree as a data source.
Enter your merchant ID, public key, and private key, then confirm the connection.
