Sylus connects with a BigCommerce store-level API account that has read-only scopes for orders, products, and customers. It reads data through the BigCommerce API and keeps it up to date as new orders arrive.
How to connect BigCommerce to Sylus
You need a store owner or admin account.
In BigCommerce, go to Settings > Store-level API accounts and create an API account.
Set Orders, Products, and Customers to read-only, then save and copy the access token.
In Sylus, add BigCommerce as a data source and enter your store hash and access token.
Store hash format: the abc123 in store-abc123.mybigcommerce.com
